Click the Output tab and then select the output you want to use, such as the internal speakers, external speakers or HDMI, depending on what is connected to. All sound output devices available to your Mac are listed, including the computer’s internal speakers, devices plugged into. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Output on the right, then select the device you want to use in the list of sound output devices. When I look on the list of audio output devices, I can't see the jack. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Sound in the sidebar. My USB headphone works well but not my speakers connected to the jack port. I have recently installed Zorin OS 16 on my Mac Mini 2018 (v8,1).Īpart from the slow start-up (not critical) and audio output (important), everything work fine.
